Q.    How much will it cost?

We know how hard you work for your money and our aim is to keep the cost as low as possible, whilst ensuring everything you want is available.  Artist Price for a weekend ticket is £69, Model Weekend Pass at £59. Artist/model day passes also available

Please see below for Partner/child rates. Accommodation needs to be booked seperately.

Q.    Can partners/children attend?

Yes! We want those who are coming for the weekend to be able to bring their loved ones alon and we have a special guest rate for the weekend and includes all meals and Saturday night party.

The adult guest rate available (only through a participant booking) is £45 for the weekend. 

Children guest rate (again only available with a participant booking)  is £25 for the weekend.

No day guest tickets available.

Q.    Is there a theme to the competitions?

Yes!2020 theme is 'Calling Occupants of Interplanetary Craft' your designs will be out of this world!!

Q.    How do I register?

Registration is now open, and will remain open until 30th Dec 2019, unless sold out before.

Q.   Can I paint without competing?

Absolutely! There will be a jam area set up all weekend for those wanting to have a bit of painty time and take part in the workshops and if you would like to body paint just for fun, thats fine too! 

Q.     How can I book accommodation?

We have a fabulous deal with the caravan park, This is by far the easiest way to spend the weekend with us. Please book with them directly on 01472 816222. Remember to mention Bodycraft Festival to secure discounted rates.  You are of course free to choose other accommodation in the area, we can help with sugggestions, just drop us a message.

Q.    Are there any restrictions to taking part?

Yes. All body paint models must be 18 years or older. All artists that are competing must hold public liability insurance.

Q.    Is there food/drink available on site?

Yes. Water/Juice and tea/coffee will be provided for participants throughout the day and the bar is open for those wanting something different from 5pm. At lunchtime, buffet lunches are provided both days and on Saturday evening we are having a party, with  food provided. This is all inclusive of your weekend ticket price!

Q.   Are children allowed?

Absolutely! We understand how difficult it can be to get childcare in order to allow you to come to events. We will have a children's area with arts, crafts and children's entertainers at various points throughout the event. Though please understand we are not child minders, children remain your responsibility at all times.

Q.   Is the event open to the public?

We will be opening the doors to the public from 2pm both days.
